When you stay only 1 night, the price increases by CZK 200 per person.

For accommodation for 1 night only, the price is increased by 100 CZK.

If only one person is accommodated in a double room, a surcharge of 100CZK/night is charged.

PRICES ARE EXCLUDING 10% VAT and no tourist tax!!!

Reservation Conditions

• Reservation shall be confirmed upon payment of the deposit.
• The amount of the required deposit equals to 50% of the total price for the stay.
• Deposit may be paid in cash or by a bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards.

Cancellation of the Reservation

Should the stay be cancelled after the deposit had been paid and the reservation made, the cancellation fee shall be as follows: 

• 30 - 60 days prior to arrival - 25% of the total price for the stay
• 0 - 29 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total price for the stay
• The cancellation fee shall not be charged more than 60 days prior to arrival.
• Upon agreement with our guest house, you can sent other people in place of you. Should this stay be of the same length and for the same amount of people, the cancellation fee shall not be charged.

Any cancellation fee shall be charged against the paid deposit. Any amount of deposited money exceeding the cancellation fee shall be immediately returned to the guest.
Guests are advised to consider the possibility of arranging insurance for the case of cancelling the reservation.
